Rule 36
Management of forests can be delegated

(1) A conservation forest user group that wants to protect and manage a forest area as a conservation community forest in accordance with the management plan for the sustainable management and utilization of forest produce as a conservation community forest must disclose the action plan in the format of Schedule-7 BMOZAM that they want to manage that forest area as a conservation community forest. And an application should be submitted to the council with the recommendations of the committee.
(2) If an application is received as per sub-rule (1), the council will conduct necessary investigations in this regard. If the forest area mentioned in the application is determined to be handed over in whole or in part after investigation, such protection can be handed over to the related community forest group. In such a way, a certificate as per schedule-8 should also be provided when handing over the conservation community forest. (3) If two or more committees request the same forest area as a conservation community forest, the council can coordinate with the relevant committees and hand over the forest area to the appropriate committee on the basis of agreement.
